2021RoboCup机器人世界杯中国赛暨亚太机器人世界杯天津国际邀请赛(简称“RCAP亚太机器人世界杯天津国际邀请赛”)是天津市第五届世界智能大会的重要赛事之一,将于2021年5月19日-22日在天津空港体育中心举办。此次赛事在2019亚太机器人世界杯天津国际邀请赛成功举办的基础上,是由RCAP亚太机器人世界杯国际理事会再次授权天津市政府举办的国际级机器人比赛,由清华大学天津高端装备研究院、天津港保税区管委会、中国自动化学会、天津市机器人产业协会共同承办。

2021 RCAP亚太机器人世界杯天津国际邀请赛首次联手RoboCup机器人世界杯中国赛,将在津门为全国观众呈现一场盛大的国际机器人竞技盛宴。同时,本次大赛采用的“线上线下+国内国外”同步开展的联动赛事模式,也将为本届赛事增加新的亮点。

本次大赛共设有四大赛项包含12个分赛项,分别为RoboCup足球机器人比赛(包含类人组、中型组、仿真2D组、仿真3D组、小型组、标准平台组);RoboCup救援组比赛(包含救援机器人组、救援仿真组);RoboCup家庭组比赛(包含开放平台组、标准平台组)以及RCAP CoSpace比赛(包含RCAP CoSpace智能驾驶、RCAP CoSpace智能搜救)。其中CoSpace赛项是RCAP亚太机器人世界杯的重要赛项,此次大赛CoSpace赛项的获奖队伍将获得参加11月份在日本爱知县举办的RCAP亚太机器人世界杯总决赛的资格。

本届亚太机器人世界杯天津国际邀请赛,将有来自中国、美国、俄罗斯、伊朗、埃及、印度、巴西、日本、葡萄牙、澳大利亚、新加坡、缅甸等10多个国家的参赛团队线上线下同步比拼,来自海外的新加坡南洋理工大学、日本东京大学、俄罗斯托木斯克大学, 以及来自国内的清华大学、上海交通大学、国防科技大学、北京科技大学、空军工程大学和天津理工大学等国内外几十所知名高校团队汇聚天津,同堂竞技、一展风采,共同打造2021年RoboCup体系在中国的顶尖赛事。预计本次大赛有来自小学、中学、大学的参赛队伍近160支,报名人数将超过500余人。

Overview:

The 2nd RoboCup Asia-Pacific Tianjin Invitational Tournament (RCAP-TJI 2021) will be held in a hybrid on-site and virtual format.

ON-SITE – Participants who can travel to Tianjin, China will abide by all COVID-19 measures and precautions implemented by local authorities.

VIRTUAL – Participants from all over the world are welcome to take part virtually in RCAP-TJI 2021.

The organizers endeavour to give all participants a memorable RoboCup experience, especially to those who cannot join us ON-SITE. In order to narrow the experiential gap between VIRTUAL CoSpace participants and ON-SITE CoSpace participants, the organizers have decided to allow SuperTeams to be formed between ON-SITE and VIRTUAL CoSpace participants.

RCAP-TJI2021 will also serve as CoSpace Online Selection for RCAP 2021 Aichi Japan.

CoSpace Robot Terms & Conditions for use in The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland


End-User License Agreement ("Agreement")

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using CoSpace Robot ("CoSpace").

 

By clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

 

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the "I Agree" button and do not download or use the Application.

 

License

 

CoSpace Robot grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

 

Restrictions

 

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

 

a)    license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.

b)    use the application outside of the jurisdiction of The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (UK).

 

 

Modifications to Application

 

CoSpace Robot reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

 

 

Term and Termination

 

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or CoSpace Robot.

 

CoSpace Robot may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.

 

This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from CoSpace Robot, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your mobile device or from your desktop.

 

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device or from your desktop.

 

Severability

 

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

 

Amendments to this Agreement

 

CoSpace Robot reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By 2050, a team of fully autonomous humanoid robot soccer players shall win the soccer game, complying with the official rule of FIFA against the winner of the most recent World Cup.

RCAP CoSpace GrandPrix Challenge

In the CoSpace Grand Prix Challenge, teams are required to make a robot, code a robot, and finally take part in the Robot Race in the real-virtual co-existing space. The robot race begins in the real world. It will notify its virtual team robot after it reaches the teleportation terminal. The virtual robot will continue the race in the virtual world to complete the course. Teams are required to develop appropriate strategies for both real and virtual autonomous robot.

In CoSpace Rescue, teams are required to build a real robot, develop and program appropriate strategies for both real and virtual autonomous robots to navigate through the real and virtual worlds and collect objects, while competing with another team’s robot that is searching and collecting objects in the same real and virtual worlds.

RCAP CoSpace Logistics Challenge

The CoSpace Logistics Challenge is targeting the use of robots in work-related scenarios and smart factories for Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary students.

The CoSpace Logistics Challenge utilizes ideas and concepts from RoboCup@Industry. It is conducted in a co-existing real-virtual space. In the CoSpace Logistics Challenge, teams are required to make and program a real mobile robot, a virtual mobile robot, and a robotic arm. In the real world, the robot arm will manipulate the objects and load/unload them on the mobile robots. The mobiles robot will then deliver the objects to the teleportation station and teleport them to the virtual world for making new products in the smart factory.

RoboCup Asia-Pacific(RCAP) CoSpace Logistics Challenge

The RCAP CoSpace Logistics Challenge is an educational robotics event targets the use of robots in work-related scenarios and smart factories for Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary students. It aims to provide a lowcost application tool for students to develop innovative robotics and AI solutions that are needed to further enhance production towards Industry 4.0.

The Concept of RCAP CoSpace Logistics Challenge utilizes ideas and concepts from RoboCup@Work and Festo logistics Challenge for RoboCup Major Leagues, including loading and unloading of objects, picking and storing of various items, delivery of items to/from structured storages, planning and scheduling of production process, and co-operative transportation of goods.

The CoSpace Robot programmes have changed the way Robotics, Computational Thinking and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) are taught to students around the world. In the CoSpace Logistics, students to learn on mobile robot making, robot arm programming, smart factory product planning and making with guidance from RoboCup officials and robotics professionals.

About RoboCup

The Robot World Cup Initiative is an attempt to foster AI and intelligent robotic research by providing a standard problem, playing soccer, where wide range of technologies can be integrated and examined.

Multi-agent systems represent a growing area of research in the AI community, but mostly due to the variety of applications in which multi-agent systems have been used, contacts and exchanges between groups of researchers working in this domain have not been so frequent. The RoboCup offers the possibility to confront and exchange ideas in a common domain and encourages researchers to establish and keeping contacts with each other.

CoSpaceRobot is well accepted by students and teachers in 40+ countries around the world for learning Robotics, Coding, Computational Thinking and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathmatics). CoSpace Challenge is an official sub-league of RoboCupJunior. It provides a fun and engaging way for young people to develop their computational thinking skills and to get involved in programming and algorithm development.

RoboCup CoSpace Challenge aims to develop specific and strong connections between RoboCupJunior and RoboCup Major by creating junior leagues directly connected with major leagues, e.g. CoSpace Rescue, CoSpace@Home, CoSpace OnStage, CoSpace@Work, CoSpace Logistics and etc.

Instead of focusing on competition only, CoSpaceRobot platform emphasizes shared and reciprocal learning among all participants through the Robotics and Maker Academy (RMA) programme founded by Infocomm Development Authority (IDA) Singapore.

RoboCup CoSpace Challenge will be held in conjunction of the 2nd World Robot Conference, Beijing, China, 21-25 October 2016. This is also part of pre-event of the upcoming RoboCup-Asia- Pacific.

CoSpace Make, Code and Challenge

For beginners. No prior robotics and programming experience required!

The learning journey includes facilitator led demonstration and hands-on session for you to understand the exciting field of robotics through Make, Code and Challenge. The hands-on session provides an avenue for you to learn how to design/create and code your own virtual robot. The virtual robot programme can then be downloaded onto a physical robot build by yourself to act out basic movements and commands. You will have a chance to take part in the CoSpace Racing Robot Challenge to share your robot control strategy with students joining the challenge.

CoSpace F1 Challenge

In the CoSpace Grand Prix Challenge, each team will have two robots, a virtual robot and a real robot. The teams have to develop appropriate strategies and program both the real and virtual robots to race in the virtual/real co-existent space.

 

RoboCupJunior CoSpace Rescue

The CoSpace Rescue Competition is the sub-league of RoboCupJunior competition. It is available to all students aged between 8 and 18.
In CoSpace Rescue, a team has to develop appropriate strategies for both real and virtual autonomous robots to navigate through the real and virtual arenas and collect objects while competing with another robot that is performing the same mission.

CoSpace Dance is part of the RoboCupJunior Dance Challenge.
CoSpace Dance involves interactions between humans and real/virtual robots dressed in costumes to deliver a theatre show in CoSpace. The theme delivered can include speech, gesture, music, dance, and a combination of other performing arts.

International CoSpace Online Challenge (iCooL)

Having closely followed the rise of E-Sport over the years, it is believed that we can emulate the success of E-Sport in engaging people from a very wide section of society. E-Sport, which unlike other sports gives almost everyone who owns a computer, a chance to actively participate as an active competitor instead of a passive spectator. In order to expose more people to robotics and programming, a succession of monthly International CoSpace OnLine (iCooL) Challenge Series leading up to the online edition of RCJ CoSpace Rescue Challenge at World Robot Conference 2016 will be organised. The iCooLChallenge® provides an opportunity for students around the world to take part in the RoboCupJunior CoSpace Challenge remotely.
